At 7h I was all ready and set to go to the café
when there was a knock on my door – and of course
Farkas [1] is standing outside – he had freed up his
schedule,
as he says, to help me pass the time on my last day
in Prague. – We visited the Belvedere
together, then had lunch at noon,
spent the afternoon in the café, the evening in a
restaurant on Wenceslas Square – I was back
home at 10h. In the afternoon, I had
||
received two telegrams from Egon; I am to come
to Neuhaus on Tuesday morning – thank God –
at least now I know where he is –
and where I belong.
