Sunday, July 4, 1915.
Today is the first beautiful day – Egon was allowed to come
home – to me – from 2 to 9h.
Although the sun was shining so gloriously – we stayed
home the whole afternoon – and –
we loved each other immeasurably – inexpressibly ••••• [vertikal lines above the first two dots; noted above the last three dots: “1, 2, 3”] B.
