Dear Mr. Schiele!
I hope you will be feeling much better and happy by the time you get this letter. Please send me the picture we talked about, old house with water, [1] to Belvederegasse care of the janitor and I will send you 500 crowns. I don’t want the other picture, single

house, [2] but would prefer a city view, like the others I have, so they would match better. I am sure you will be able to paint such a picture (or landscape) until October. I am staying in Baden, since the weather is very fine; if the weather changes, I will come to Vienna and visit you.
